Robin Donica Wolaver has worn many hats over the years, but none is closer to her heart than the title “Mama”. The daughter of mountain missionaries, who raised her on love, wit, and frank common sense, Robin’s life has been a horse ride bareback, moving her from dirt grass roots in Oklahoma to steely skyscrapers in New York City. Along the way she’s raised seven children, written popular musicals, founded an internationally acclaimed musical group, published an auto-biography, directed numerous artistic programs, and also found time to care for her elderly mother and mother-in-law.

Robin is the creator, producer, and lead writer for The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello, a live-action show for young children that celebrates truth, beauty, and goodness through the eyes of faith. Utilizing puppetry, live song and dance, acoustic instrumentation, and extensive original music, The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello immerses children in a world that is hopeful, tactile, and beautiful.
A critical aspect of the mission of Annie Moses Foundation is the Conservatory of Annie Moses, a Nashville-based music program developed by Robin based on decades of experience in music education and artist development. Led by the musicians of the Annie Moses Band and a highly-skilled performing faculty, The Conservatory’s purposes is to develop, disciple, and debut a new generation in the highest forms of musicianship and artistry, coupled with a Christian vision of the arts for the glory of God. Stylistically diverse, the Conservatory teaches the best of classical technique alongside the charismatic performance skills needed as a modern musician.
Robin is the mother and founder of the Annie Moses Band, an acclaimed classical-folk ensemble comprised of six siblings known for their show-stopping instrumental chops and powerful, multi-lead vocals. From the roots of the Grand Ole Opry to the wings of Carnegie Hall, the Annie Moses Band has been taking music to new heights for more than a decade, apply their classically honed, all-American talent to a cornucopia of iconic melodies: the hymns and homeland songs of the American saga in innovative, high-spirited arrangements.
Alongside her daughter, Annie, the lead singer of the Annie Moses Band, Robin began the Annie Moses Foundation in 2010 to transform the world of the arts for the glory of God. The mission of the AMF is to empower a new generation of young artists with the excellence and spiritual integrity to hold spheres of influence at every level of society. By training young people to command a stage and communicate virtue with beauty and excellence, the AMF is creating a space where truth can flourish.
